NuraBabe does not offer international shipping at this time. NursBabe does not ship to international freight forwarding services or locations.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed you cannot cancel or update the order.
3. I put the wrong address in my order, what should I do?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, NuraBabe Beauty will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
4. How can I check the status of my order?

5. Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.
6. Do you offer returns?
We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, NuraBabe Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. 7. What if I didn’t receive my tracking number?
