Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, we will ship it to you via our standard shipping method. Shipping time is also 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions
    •    We currently ship only within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
    •    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please be sure to provide an accurate email address and check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. 

Shipping Insurance:

NuraBabe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. However, for added peace of mind, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Route Shipping Protection provides coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit. If you purchase Route Shipping Protection and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you can file a claim directly with Route by following the instructions provided in your shipping confirmation email or by visiting their website at https://claims.route.com/.

ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION DISCLAIMER

We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. The shipping courier is 100% responsible once your package is dispatched & we do not control the method in which your items are delivered.

If shipping protection is not purchased, any lost, damaged, or stolen packages must be filed with the carrier.
